March Update

Almost four months in to 2017 and we are already in spring! Thank goodness the sunshine is here and bringing the flowers with it.

So far it has been a wonderful start to the event year, attending wedding shows, meeting new suppliers and getting inspiration with this years must haves for any event.

The team have attended tasting events to get a good idea with what this years taste buds are loving, and what a treat it has been! Vietnamese and Lebanese dishes are at an all time high on any menu, from the beautiful salads from Vietnam, using fresh ingredients to lamb dishes such as Kafta Khosh-Khash from Lebanon-YUMMY!

Despite it being March, we are already planning Christmas parties and events! Some people are fabulously organised with their events for the year.  So its back on with mulled wine and mince pies for us- ‘Oh what a shame-not’

Alas- the summer is only round the corner- not that we are trying to push past spring but, we are getting ready for those cocktail parties and garden events in the sun, think Pimm’s, Cosmos, Grey Goose Fizz and chilled Champagne- hello!! Stay tuned for the cocktail recipes, so you can make your very own.

We are looking forward to catering for a private festival in the Cotswolds this July for a client in their fields. Lindsey and Shaun turn 50 and what better way is there to celebrate than with all their friends and family in the comfort of their own estate. Lindsey and Shaun both told us that they have been together since they were 16 years old, Now that is a fairy tail story!

We are bringing to them; fabulous music, delicious food, refreshing champagne and so much more.
